Share Circle 'chimes' where you register for the 'exchange box'. you state what you have to offer, such as fixing cars or child minding, and anything you may have to share, such as the decaf jar bought by mistake.

Defined as credit units that you earn by giving into your own 'kitty'. (chimes)

Safety comes from being a member of the share circle via an employer or organistation, and can grow quickly for example if the local supermarket staff organisation 'twinned' with a local care staff organisation.

Is this creating a collective of folks that share by giving their time in exchange for anothers' time? You bet it is.

The huge stress relief amongst staff having an alternative to having to deal with a sudden change/need. (read local supply issues that account for at least 10% of a monthly wage for maybe 35% of staff....}

With perhaps one thousand local folks in the circle, it should be easy to find a man with a lawnmower to pop by and earn their kitty credits, or someone who bought the wrong hair colour dye.

....I'm not sure how the kitty credits will work. The idea is that there is no money changing hands, just skills sharing and a swop shop. We want an easy reflex of the body and soul to giving and sharing...(Frank...getting there!)
